REHABILITATION

LOCAL COMMITTEES APPROVED ADVICE FROM MR J. THORN, M.P. Advice that rehabilitation committees are to be formed in Paeroa, Coromandel, Waihi and Te Aroha is contained in the following telegram received by the Gazette from Mr J. Thorn, M.P., for Thames. Mr Thorn writes:—

“ To-day I have been advised by the Rehabilitation- Board that as a result of my repeated representations the board has now agreed to the formation of rehabilitation committees in Paeroa, Waihi, Te Aroha and Coromandel.—Thorn, M.P.”
