FIRST TIME IN FORTY YEARS
“ For the first time for over forty years there is no charge for interest on overdraft, and in place thereof there is an item in the receipts of £46 16s 9d for intesest on Post Office Savings Bank deposit,” stated the review of the balance sheet for the year ended March 31, 1943, which was before the April meeting of the Ohinemuri County Council.
