DROVE UP ROAD BANK PASSED MOB OF SHEEP -x A drover taking a large mob of sheep down the main highway in North Canterbury saw something of the mobility of Jeeps one day last week. He was at that time in a cutting and the mob was fairly congested, so that when the jeep drove up he expec ed it to wait as ordinary traffic would for the sheep to pass. He received a shock, however, when the jeep scuttled up the batter of the cutting and sped along the rough bank above l.is head without the s’ightes.L hesitation.
