CRICKET.
MATCHES ON THE PLAINS. The cricket matches to be played on the Hauraki Plains to-morrow are those which were set dpwn for play on Saturday last but which were postponed on account of the representative matches. Pipiroa will play Waitakaruru at Waitakarruu, Kopuarahi will travel to Turua, and Ngatea will try out the new pitch at Kaihere. On Monday next the Paeroa and Ngatea school cricket teams will play a match at the Ngatea Club’s pitch.
