PAEROA MATCHES. Y.M.C.C. DEFEATS TOWN TEAM. At the Paeroa Domain on Saturday afternoon the Y.M.C.C. team defeated a Paeroa town team by 78 runs. The Paeroa eleven batted first, making 44 runs (Fox 23 not out). Barclay took 5 wickets for 14 runs, Mayo 2 for 19, Arnold 1 for 2, and K. Curtis 1 for 1.
