Local Body Notices. COUNTY OF HAURAKI PLAINS. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ROLL. PURSUANT to Section 3, Subsection 3, of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926,” NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Special Roll comprising the names of all the ratepayers, together with descriptions of their properties and rateable values thereof, contained in the Mangatarata Roads Loan of £3OOO Special Rating District, has been deposited for public inspection during office hours at the County Office, Ngatea, and will remain open for inspection until and including Monday, November 11th, 1929. The boundaries of - the said Special Rating District are as follows :— Commencing at the northwestern corner of section 3, Block VILf Piako, on the western boundary of Hauraki Plains County, thence in an easterly direction along the northern boundary of the said section 3, thence in a northerly direction generally along the western boundaries of section 6, Block VIL, Piako, and Waitakaruru 1828 to the Pokeno-Waihi Main Highway, thence following the said highway in an easterly direction to the eastern boundary of Waitakaruru C3B. Thence southward along the eastern boundaries of Waitakaruru IC3B and IC3G to the northern boundary of section 1, Block 111., Piako, thence in an easterly direction generally along the northern boundaries of sections 1 and 2 Block 111., and section-4, Block IV., Piako, thence southward along the eastern boundaries of sections 4| 5, and 7 Block IV., and sections 4,5, and 6 Block VIIL, Piako. Thence westward along the southern boundary of section 6 Block VIII. to the north-eastern corner of Lot 6 of Waitakaruru 582, thence following the eastern, southern, and western boundaries of the said Lot 6 of Waitakaruru 582, the northern boundary of Lot 8 of Waitakaruru 582, the eastern boundary of section 24, Block VII., Piako, and the southern boundaries of section 23 Block VIL, and sec-' tions' 9,8, 7, and 6 Block XL, Piako, to the western boundary of Hauraki Plains County, thence following the said County boundary northward to the point of commencement.

Objections to the said Special Roll may be lodged, and all such must be in the hands of the undersigned in writing, not later than 4 p.m. on the seventh day after the last day on which the said Roll is deposited. PURSUANT to the Land DrainAct, 1908, and Amendments thereto, and the Local Election and Polls Act, 1925, and Amendments thereto, I hereby give notice that an Election will be held on Wednesday, the 20th day of November, 1929, for the purpose of electing Two Trustees to represent the “H” Drain Subdivision of the above Board, and I hereby appoint the Netherton Hall, Netherton, as the place, and Saturday, the 9th day of November, 1929, before noon, as the day for nomination of candidates to fill the extraordinary vacancy on the above Board.
