PURSUANT to Section 3, Subsection v 3, of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926,” NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Special Roll comprising the names of all the ratepayers, together with descriptions of their properties and rateable values thereof, contained in the Kerepeehi Township Roads Loan of £6OO Special Rating District, has been deposited for public* inspection during office hours at the County Office, Ngatea, and will remain open for inspection until and including Monday, November 11th, 1929. The boundaries of the said Special Rating District are as follows :—

Commencing at a point on the right bank of the Piako River opposite the north-western corner of Tiritiri 6A2, thence in an easterly direction generally along the northern boundaries of Tiritiri 6A2 and 6AI, the eastern boundary of Tiritiri 6AI, and the northern boundaries of Tiritiri 786 D and 786 A, and the Kerepeehi School site to the eastern side of the School Road, .thence southward to the northwestern cornef*of Tiritiri 2AIB, thence eastward along the northern boundary of Tiritiri 2AIB to the north-eastern corner of the said Tiritiri 2AIB, thence in a southerly direction along the eastern boundaries of sections 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 27 Block VIII, Kerepeehi Town, thence across the Wharepoa-Kerepeehi Road to the north-eastern corner of section 2, Block VII., Kerepeehi Town, thence by a line parallel with Kaikahu Road to the southern boundary of Makumaku No. SE. Thence westward along the said boundary of Makumaku No. 5E across Kaikahu Road to the eastern boundary of Makumaku 3A, thence southward to the southeastern corner of, Makumaku 3A, thence westward along the southern boundary of Makumaku 3A to a point approximately six chains west of Kaikahu Road, then northward to the boundary between sections 11 and 12, Block VI., thence in a westerly direction along the southern boundary of section 11, Block VI., by a right line to the Await! Canal, thence following the right bank of the Awaiti Canal northwards across the mouth of the Awaiti Stream to the point of. commencement. Objections to the said Special Roll may be lodged, and all such must be in the hands of the undersigned in writing, not later than 4 p.m. on the seventh day after the last day on which the said Roll is deposited.
