PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH WORK.
MISS L. BUCHANAN’S SUCCESS.
A past pupil of the Paeroa District High School, Miss Lylie Buchanan, daughter of Mi’ G. Buchanan, of Paeroa, has returned from Dunedin, where she has been studying for the last three years and has taken the highest course of training obtainable in the Dominion for women workers in the Presbyterian Church. Miss Buchanan has been very successful in her studies, having completed the full course of training for Home and Foreign Fields, and holds the diploma of the Presbyterian Women’s Institute. She is also a diploma student of the Otago School of Religious Education, in which branch of studies she has specialised. Congratulations are to be extended to Miss Buchanan, and best wishes for her every success in whatever position she may hold in the future'.
