SITTING AT PAEROA. CASES DEALT WITH. The following applications came before the Warden of the Court, Mr F. W. Platts, S.M., at Paeroa on Monday: T. E. Ansley, applicaton for surrender of residence sites.—Granted. Ministerial Consent Granted. The following applications were reported as consented to by the Minister of Mines :— R. Craig, reduction of rent, KawhitJ claim ; reduced to 2s 6d per acre per annum for 12 months from January 1, 1929. S. A. Shaw, reduction of rent, Golden Zone claim ; reduced to 2s 6d per acre per annum for 12 months from January 1, 1929. H. A. Meagher, reduction of rent, Crown mine ; reduced to 2s 6d per acre per annum from July 1, 1929. Ohinemuri Gold and Silver Mines, Maratoto, tramline; application granted subject to conditions endorsed on license.
