AURORA THEATRE PICTURES. TUESDAY NIGHT. WOLVES OF THE CITY. “Wolves of the City” is an underworld drama of a young millionaire’s recovery of the famous Fu Ming jade stolen by a notorious band of art thieves from the father of his fiancee. WEST CLUB’S SOCIAL. DANCING AND EUCHRE. The annual dance and euchre tournament of the West Football Club will be held on Wednesday night in the Gaiety Theatre. Special efforts are being made to make it the “dance of the year.” The floor has received a great deal of attention and is now in perfect order. The hall itself is being beautifully decorated, and no effort is being spared to cater for the enjoyment of those who will attend. Excellent prizes are offered for the winners of the euchre tournament,' and many novelty dances will be staged. Everything points to a most enjoyable evening’s entertainment. Subsidised buses will run from Thames (via Hikutaia) and Waihi.
