NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the above Council at its next ordinary meeting, on the 3rd October, 1929, to make, under Sections 120 and 121 of “The Counties Act, 1920,” and Section 52 of “The Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926,” the undermentioned Rates for the year begun on the Ist April, 1929, and ending on the 31st March, 1930, on the Capital Value of all rateable property in the following Ridings :— Paeroa Riding, a General Rate of l'?d in the £. Karangahake Riding, a General Rate of 2d in the £. Waitekauri Riding, a General Rate of 2d in the £. Waikino Riding, a General Rate of 2d in the £. Kaimanawa Riding, a General Rate of ljd in the £. Mangaiti Riding, a General Rate of ljd in the £. Waihi Riding, a General Rate of 2d in the £. And a Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of One Farthing in the £ on the Capital Value of all Rateable Property in the County of Ohinemuri.
