QUEEN CARNIVAL.
THE CROWNING CEREMONY.
CORONATION ON FRIDAY.
The crowning committee, which was set up to attend to the arrangements in connection with the crowning of the successful queen, reports that a considerable amount of work has already been done.
The stage will be taxed to capacity to accommodate the large assembly comprising the regal party, princesses, peers and peeresses, and others. Intensive rehearsals will take up a considerable amount of time, and the producer is confident that on the appointed day, Friday next, a splendid and spectacular pageant will be presented to the audience. The opportunity to witness a coronation ceremony occurs but seldom, and it is anticipated that few will miss this great culminating event of the Paeroa Queen Carnival.
