SITTING AT PAEROA. At Monday’s sitting of the Paeroa Magistrate’s Court, Mr F. W. Platts, S.M., presiding, judgment for plaintiff by default was given in the following cases : — P. Williams v. J. Kaio, £l2 19s lid and £1 8s 6d costs ; E. L. Mulgrew v. R. J. Gardner, £5 8s 4d and £1 12s 6d costs. . JUDGMENT SUMMONS. The following judgment summonses was also dealt with :— * Farmers’ Trading Co. v. L. McNeil, £37 13s Id, in default 21 days, the warrant to be suspended provided 10s a fortnight was paid.
