CLEARING SALE AT TURUA. There was a large attendance of buyers and keen bidding resulted at a clearing sale at Turua conducted by Messis A.. Buckland and Sons yesterday All the sundries found ready buyeis, the 2-cow milking machine at £45 and the separator at £lO Farm geldings realised £lB 10s and £26 10s; sows and young, £2 2s 6d to £3 17s 6d, and good slips 30s ; best cows at profit £l3 10s to £l7 10s, backward £9 10s to £ll 10s, and late calvers £6 15s to £8 10s ; yearling Jersey heifers £6 2s 6d ; in-calf Jersey heifers £5 5s to £l2 10s.
