At a recent meeting of the • Turua Town Board Mr J. T. Davies explained that it was impossible for motorcars to more than half fill their benzine tanks at a certain benzine pump in the township owing to the great on the road. Permission was ‘accordingly given Bagnall Pros, to raise that part of the road. The work is now being done.
