NETHERTON DRAINAGE.
(To the Editor.) Sir, —Kindly permit a few lines .to correct the whisperers. It has been mentioned that I have something to do with the controversy between the Netherton Drainage Board and the stop-bank farmers. While I envy the concerned farmers in being privileged to submit and explain their grievance to the board, I du think that better drainage can be had without interfering with the stop-bank. It is hoped that the board will accede to the improved drainage of these farms. THOMAS CONSIDINE.
