RIFLE SHOOTING.
LAST SATURDAY’S MATCH, CAPTAIN SIMMONDS IN FORM. Oil Saturday the members of the Paeroa Defence Rifle Club met on the; local range for a uhoot at 800 and 900 yards, weather conditions for shooting being rather good. A good performance was put up by Captain Simmons, wha registered the possible number of points at 800 yards, finishing the two ranges, with a fllne score of 66 out of a possible 70.
Next Saturday’s shooting Xvill again be at 800 and 900 yards.
