.MONTHLY MEETING. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. At. the la 't meeting of the Domain Board attention was drawn by Or. Brenan to the fact that much of the gear had suffered a considerable amount of ill-usage at the hands of the public. He leyctted that they did not. show the respect to the property one would expec,t. On the question of the roilier he; suggested that it should: be sold forthwith, and a new one; purchased l , a proposal which was adopted. Cr. Edwards thought that if the Bowling Club was approached upon the subject of a motor Ja.wn mower, an agreement might be concluded whereby the club would agree to contribute towards the cost of one; somewhat in the same manner as the electric lights. The council decided that the com-, mitte.e responsible prepare a. report upon the matter, ready for the 'new council. The superintendent reported-on the amount of time that he had to spend on the greens; to keep them in wdejr. During the season he spent on the bowling green, 232 on the croquet- green and 13636 0,1 general.
