SITTING AT PAEROA. JUDGMENTS ENTERED. • (Before Mr F. W. Platts, S.M.) At Monday’s sitting of the Paeroa Magistrate’s Court, Mr F. W. Platts, S.M., presiding, judgment for plaintiff by default was given in the following cases :— W. Fleming and Son v. K. S. Mace, £l6 10s lOd, and costs £2 18s ; W. Fleming and Son v. E. Keane, £2 16s sd, and costs £1 5s 6d ; Paeroa Borough Council v. E. N. Davies, £3O 17s sd, and costs £4 5s 6d ; Gee Bros. v. M. Flay, £5 9s, and costs £1 Is 6d ; W. F. Stewart v. M.
