Keane, £2 16s sd, and costs £1 5s 6d ; Paeroa Borough Council v. E. N. Davies, £3O 17s sd, and costs £4 5s 6d ; Gee Bros. v. M. Flay, £5 9s, and costs £1 Is 6d ; W. F. Stewart v. M. Whitcombe, £4, and costs £1 7s 6d; Masters and Son v. John Adluin, £1 2s 6d, and costs 8s ; G. S. Whiteside v. Mrs E. McLeod, £l5O 12s, and costs £7 17s ; ,W. Fleming and Son v. W. Ingley, £1 18s, and costs 16s. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. The following judgment summonses were also given : — A. G. Kneebone v. J. Coromandel, £2 17s lOd ; debtor to pay half one month and half the next, in default two days’ imprisonment. Munn and Austins, Ltd., v. G. W. Hanman, £8 16s lid ; debtor to pay 5s a week, in default five days’ imprisonment. E. L. Mulgrew v. P. Aro, £l4 18s 7d ; debtor to pay 10s a week, in default seven days’ imprisonment. Barry and Beale v. J. L. Cotton, £2 Is; debtor to pay £2 Is forthwith, in default two days’ imprisonment.
