ITo Hie Editor.! Sir,—May I express my opinion through your valued paper of bands at rates. The local meeting has not had a band for some years, excepting at the rpcqnt non-tote meeting, when it created a good impression on allAs Paeroa is a progressive town, and the meeting is one of the most progressive in the Dominion, I trust the club can see its .way clear to have a few members of « band at the forthcoming meeting.
