The usual night play . competition eventuated on Thursday evening last, the winners proving to be Grant and Miss Finnic. Following are the details :—

Mrs Marsh, Miss Mahon, Mrs Silc.ock, Finnic 8. Mrs Hayward, Miss Gibb, Maxwell, Silceick 16, v. Mrs Silcock, Mrs Lowry, Mejlton, Morland 6; Mrs Hampton, Mrs, McKenna, Mitchell, Forrest 13, v. Mrs Wright, Mrs Wells, Dale, Lowry 11. FORREST BUTTONS. Another match for the Forrest Buttons was also played' on Thursday evening, the g.ame resulting as follows : Grant, Knight, Pye, Tresidder 21, v. Mrs Hale, Arnold, Hutchinson, Wright 15.
