NIGHT BUTTONS.
THE MIGHTY HAVE FALLEN I
After valiantly withstanding all onslaughts. on their prowess, for some games back Mr Tresidkler’s team lost the Night Buttons on Monday to a powerful combine; skippered by Mr McNeil. The game resulted, Arnold, Hutchinson, AVright, McNeil (challengers) 26, v. Ashcroft, Knight, Grant, Tresidder (holders) 6. The new holders of the buttons, Arnold, Hutchinson, Wright, McNeil, defended the trophies for the fir,st time last night in a, challenge match with a rink comprising Mrs Hale, M r s Silcock, E. Moore,' H. Shand. The holders were successful, winning by 18 points to 13.
