THE COWBOY KID. “The Cowboy Kid” is a Western comedy-drama, and tells the S,tory of a young ranch hand, in love with a beautiful singing voice he has heard over the radio. In seeking the owner of the voice, he becomes enmeshed in a daring plat to overthrow the financial powers of his town. The ranch hand sets himself to the task of cleaning out a nest of outlaws, and is framed by the leader, who then has his gang blast the bank’!s safety deposit vault, making off with thousands of dollars. Securing freedom the young ranch hand overtakes the bandits with the ai.d of an armoured car, and brings them to justice, winning the girl and a just reward. THURSDAY NIGHT. HOT NEWS. Motion pictures, themselves a pro-, duet of modern inventive gepius, have been the most consistent liters of modern wonders in stories.
