EARLY IMPROVEMENT EXPECTED.

EXPLANATION OF DELAY. Wonder has been expressed for some considerable time as to the reason why the Paeroa footpaths have not been put in order, especially in the main street, but the Mayor let ithe secret out last night at the Borough Counc.il meeting. ’
