THE OCTOBER' PAYOUT. VERY GOOD GRADING. In accordance with its policy of making equal monthly payments as far as possible, the Hauraki Plains Co-operative Dairy Co,, of Turua, again paid out on Tuesday at the rate of Is 6d to cheese suppliers and Is 5d to butter bi pplims. The output of the factory has been steady for the last three weeks, 1 the daily make of cheese averaging 78, while fqjr, last month it was 75. The grading has been consistently high. Of the last four weeks’ shipments, 480 c,rates were graded at 93 points arid 509 crates 93% points. Tne Turua factcty is one of the very few in the province which receives first-grade for its whey butter. In the last four week only nine boxes have nqt been so grAded. Full cream butter ‘has also been graded high, the shipments of the past four weeks receiving 91%, 93, 93, and 93% points respectively.
