MAKING A MOCKERY OF DEMOCRACY.

When the electors of New Zealand cast their votes at the last election they ,little; thought that ,they sending to Parliament many representatives who had pledged tih'emseives—before election—to work in the interests of a- minority faction, thereby disregarding the wishqs. of
