NOTICE is hereby given that at a Specail Meeting oi the Paeroa Borough Council held on Thursday, the 13th September, 1928, it was resolved by special order to make By-laws, the object and purport of which are as follows:-— 1. Prohibiting the obstruction of streets and footpaths by loitering and disturbing the peace. 7. Defining the proper use of strests 8. Prescribing times during which vehicles shall carry lights, and bicycles shall carry rear reflectors. ' 9. Amending By-law No. 1 as to Carriage License Fees. 10.
