LAST SATURDAY’S GAMES. DRAW FOR TO-MORROW. The opening matches of the first round in the local basketball competition on Saturday last resulted as follows :— Seniors.—Areta 18. v. Kiwi 14. Juniors. —Kiwi 50, v. United 0; Primary 18, v. High School.lo. Following is the draw for to-mor-row :— •Seniors. —High School v. Areta, 4 p.m. Juniors. —Kiwi v. Primary School, 2.30 p.m.; United v. High School, 2.45 p.m. The Kiwi seniors are requested to assemble on the station at 10.30 a.m.
