AURORA THEATRE PICTURES. TO-NIGHT. LOVERS. Spain—the Spain of to-day—and slander —the great enemy of, toi-’day, are the locale and motivating menace! of the most sensational drama the screen has seen for some time, “Lovers,” which is- to be presented tonight. It is a gripping romance of love and the peril of scandal, and has been filmed on a J;ayis;h scale. EAST SIDE, WEST SIDE. “East Side, West Side,” which is also to be screened toi-night. has what is considered an excellent plot. It is rich in New York atmosphere, and surrounds, the activities of a young man, reared in the; poorest part of the city, who battles his way to the ownership of a mansion of Fifth Avenue. THURSDAY NIGHT. A MILLION BID. Thinking her millionaire husband drowned in a wreck at sea, she married a famous surgeon. But the; unexpected happened—her former husband returned, his mind a blank. Would her surgeon husband operate ? If the millionaire’s memory was restored it would mean an enld to her new-found happiness ; a question as to the legitimacy of her ehil,d. This is a bare outline of “A Million Bid,” to be shown to-morrow night. CABARET DANCE. GAIETY THEATRE, TO-MORROW. Details in connection with the holding of the, Cabaret Dance to-morrow night by the Paeroa Tennis Club have been thoroughly considered, and everything that it is possible to do tor the comfort and pleasure of the many patrons has been completed. Cabaret dancing is a novelty so far as Paeroa is concerned, and it will be run on up-to-date lines. Quite a number have already availed themselves of the privilege of booking tables at Mr F. Flatt’s, and a good night’s dancing’ is assured.
