COMPARISON WITH LAST YEAR.
The Te’Aroha Dairy Company fca? so far had a very good season, and tliq increase in the total output foT ( tire .season tin to the end of April was 20.2 per cent.
For, the mouth of April the quantity of butter,-fat received was 133,6791 b, compared with 130,7261 b for April, 1927, a;n increase of 2.6 per ■cent.
For the season, up to April 30 the fat received totalled 1,764,0651 b, compared with 1.596,517 fo."’ the corresponding period of last year. The advance payment for April, was Is 4d, compared with Is Id for April, 1927, and the total advance as against £7062 for the pi;e<yious ye,ar.
The total amount advanced to date (April 30) for the season was-. £’.115,310, compared with £8,9,247 lafit season.
The quantity of butter-fat supplied to date increasedl by 10.6 per cent., compared with last year’s for the same period, and the amount .advanced for the month increased 2CLI per cent, compared with April, 1927.-
