PAEROA STOCK SALE.
AVERAGE YARDING ON MONDAY. RULING PRICES MAINTAINED. The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., held its usull monthly sale at the Raeroa yards on ■Monday afternoon. There was an average yarding of stock, which, sold at ruling prices. Buyers were present from Westfield, the Waikato, anl sufrounding districts. Best dairy cows and heifers changed hands at £8 10s to £lO ss; backward cows,, £5 10s to £8 ; aged, and inferior cows, £2 15s to £5 ; bulls, £3 10s to £7 17s 6d; in-calf heifers, £2 10s to £5 15s, according to quality ; fat cqws, £5 10s to £6 155..; fresh and forward cows, £4 10s to £5 ss; boner cows, £3 to £4 7s 6d; aged and poorconditioned cows, £1 15s to £2 15s. A fine line of working bullocks, averaged £6 17s 6d.
