MINISTER’S MOVEMENTS.
VISIT TO THAMES ELECTORATE.
TOUR OF COROMAN OEu
Last evening the Hon. K. S. Williams, accompanied by his secretary and Mr A. M. Samuel, M.P., left for Thames.
To-day they will, accompanied hy Mr Rhodes, M.P. for Thames, make a tour of the northern portion of the Thames electorate, including Coiomandel, Coroglen, H’kuai, Port Charles, and Mercury Bay. The party will then cross over to the Great Barrier, .later returning to Coromandel.
OPENING OF CRITERION BRIDGE.
Word was received at noon, to> day by His Worship the Mayor (Mr W. Marshall) from the Hon. K. S. Williams that he will aryive in Paeroa on Thursday morning, Apl(il 4‘, and receive deputations from 11 to 1 o’clock, with luncheon at 1 o’clock. The ceremony of opening the bridge) will be held at 2.15 p.m., and 1 the Minister will leave, Paeroa not later than 3.30 p.m.
