MINISTER OF EDUCATION!

VISIT TO PAEROA.

INSPECTION OF HIGH SCHOOL.

Advice has been received by His Worship the May°r (Mr W. Marshall) that the Minister of Education Mill visit Paeroa on Marek 20. The following is the text of the telegram received :—

“For your information 1 propose to motor from Te Arolia to Thames on Tuesday, March 20, and will call at the Paeroa District High School en route. I ‘hope to have the pleasure of meeting you.” It is probable that the local school committee, and also the Kerepeehi committee, will take the opportunity to wait on the Hon. R. A. Wright in connection with staffing and accommodation matters. The local committee also desires that the Minister should inspect the dental clinic, which holds the distinction of being the only one in the Dominion which has been erected by voluntary labour.
