LAWRENCE CUP COMPETITION. LOCAL TEAM TO PLAY THAMES. The Thamds Valley Tennis Association’s competition for the Dr. Lawrence Cup will be continued to-mor-row, when Paeroa will play Thames •at Thames. The following have been to represent the local club :
. Misses V. Shand, J. Ellis, C. Taylor., ; K. O’Grady ; and D. Gt McMillan. H. R. Thorp, A. F. Thorp,. A. A- Ruston, G. Bluck, and G. Wells.
; Cars will leave the .Bank of New ■Zealand corner at 1 p.m. sharp.
