The entries ceived are very representative, and thei leading players in the district will be taking part. Play will commence at 9 a.m. each day, and there will be no adjournment for lunch. The club’s seven courts will be used, and these courts are looking particularly fresh and green, despite the dry feather. The handicap matches will be played to-morrow, and on Monday afternoon the finals in the championships and handicaps will be; played, and these games should be worth going a. long way to watch. Ample seating accommodation will be provided for spectators, and a light luncheon and. afternoon tea will be obtainable at the club house on both days.
