WAIKATO MARKET REPORT. The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Co., Ltd., report:— Beef.—The market is considerably easier, more especially for ox beef, a drop of fully 3s per 1001 b having taken place since our last report, due, no doubt, to the heavy yardings and numbers offering in the paddocks. • Fat Sheep.—Prices continue firm for all classes, a. fair number of shorn sheep now coming forward. A few fat lambs have, been yarded, meeting with good competition. Store Sheep.—F&w store sheep are offering, most sellers shearing before quoting. A good inquiry exists for wethers out of the wool, hoggets, and ewes with lambs. Store Cattle.—There is a good demand for grown and young steers; also for good young empty cows. Yearling Jersey and Jersey-cross heifers are meeting with, strong 'competition and making high, prices.

Dairy Cattle. —Goo<d dairy herds and good springing heifters continue to meet with competition, and are making prices equal to the early spring sales;.

Pigs.—There is no improvement in the price of fats, but. stores are selling readily at good, prices in comparison with the I'ow prices ruling for baconers and porkers.

Horses. —A good demand for medium draughts and good, active farm sorts, but heavy horses are dull offxsale.
