AURORA THEATRE PICTURES. TO-NIGHT. THE CIRCUS CYCLONE. Elephants and lions, wild horses, and cowboys, trapeze artists, and ciicus queens broncho busteirs, and wirewalkers—all mingle in one concentrated essence of thrills in ‘The Circus Cyclone,” Art Acord’s new picture, which is to be screened, tonight. SATURDAY NIGHT. THE CITY. “The City,” which is to be shown to-morrow night, is a pulsing drama of city life, revealing its devastating influence on a small town family. Pulsing with pathos, thei story is one to hold the most sophisticated movie fan from first to last. HIGH HA'fr “High Hat,” Robert Kane’s latest comedy, is also to be shown to-moi - row night. A satire on studio life, the picture burlesques all phases of movie life, from the romance of the extras to the temperaments of stars and directors. turua pictures. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24. “The Canadian Pioneer,” showing at Turua to-morrow night, is a story adapted from W. Somerset Maugham’s famous play, “The land of promise,” the mighty drama of a man who had to battle for love and happiness against the very elements of Nature itself. T TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27. “One Increasing Purpose,” one of the most talked of books of the year, has been brought to- the screen by Fox Films, and will be shown at Turua on Tuesday night. This screen version is said to exceed in dramatic values and presentation the production “If Winter Comes,” Mr Hutchinson’s other novel, which proved such a sensation a few years ago.
