ST. ANDREW’S CHURCH PAEROA.

CONGREGATIONAL MEETINGi

'The annual meeting of St. Andrew’s congregation was held in the church on Wednesday evening, the Rey. John Lowden presiding over a good attendance of members.

Reports of the work of the session, committee of managers, Sunday School, Bible classes, P.W.M.U., and envelope fund were presented and received. The hon. treasurer read the annual state,ment of accounts, and Mr Lowden addressed the meeting on the work of the past year. Votes of thanks were accorded the Netherton Hall Committee and the Tirohia School Committee for the use of their buildings for church services, and also to the organists and those who have undertaken the care of church premises.

The business of the evening was interspersed by a solo, duet, quartette, and anthem by members of the choir. Five new members were, added to the Committee of Managers.
