PRESENTATION.

ORPHANS’ CLUB CEREMONY. GIFT TO BRO. TOPLISS. At the Orphans’ Club meeting last night a presentation of ,a travelling bag was made to Bro. C. D. Topliss. In making the presentation Bro. Williams said that they were all 'sorry to learn that Bro. Topliss had. been ordered by his medical adviser to take a complete rest, and would be away for five or six months.* They ail trusted that he would come back fit and well, and asked him to accept the present as a gift from friends who would be glad to give him a warm and hearty welcome back.

In replying, Bro. Topliss said that it had been a great plea_sure for him to belong to the club, and what little he had done had given him gratification in doing it. He hoped to come back with renewed vigour, and sincerely thanked all for their good wishes.
