GOLF.
THE PAEROA CLUB. POSTPONEMENT OF OPENING DAY. The Paeroa Golf Club has decided to postpone its official opening until April 23. The outfield is in excellent playing order, and the links are now available for use, but the greens require finishing off before the season’s play commences in earnest. Invitations have been received by the committee from the Morrinsville, Te Aroha, and Walton clubs for members to be present at their official openings, all on Saturday next.
