During the gale and rainstorm last week-end a tankstand at the Kerepeehi boardinghouse carrying four 600-gallon water tanks fell over.
Through the Paeroa-Plains motor bus becoming stuck on the Pekapeka road on Wednesday evening mails and papers did not reach Kerepeehi or Ngatea until two hours later than usual.
