ODDFELLOWSHIP.
LOYAL JUBILEE LODGE. REGULAR MEETING. The 'fortnightly meeting of the Loyal Jubilee Lodge, M.U., 1.0.0. F., was held in the Centenary Hall last evening, the N.G., Bro. K. L. Slyfield, preskied over, a good attendance of members. The loss to the lodge resulting from the Druids’ Hall fire included the dispensation board and ledge furniture. Tlie regalia, although slightly damaged by water, is. in good order. The effects were uninsured. It was decided that a letter be sent to the Star of Paeroa Druids’ Ledge expressing regret at the. destruction of tlie hall and the loss of regalia and effects of the Druids’ Lodge. The lino efforts of the Paeroa Fir? Brigade which resulted in the saving of tiie cantents of the lodge cupboard, including regalia and boxes, received favourable comment, and it was decided to send a letter o'f appreciation to the brigade and a donation of £2 2s for the brigade’s funds.
Sister Iris Taylor, financial secretary, is attending tlie Auckland District Conference as repiesetnative of lire lodge.
