Laing 15 and W. O’Neil 12). Duffin took two wickets for 4 ; runs, C. Stretton 2 for 10, McPherson 2 for 19, and Donaghy 1 for 20. TURUA V. KAIHERE. At Turua the Kaihere eleven made 70 runs (Dare 28 and McDonald 11) in the fii’st innings, and in the second innings 40 runs for two wickets, (Dare 23 not out). Turua were dismissed for 22 in the first innings and 21 in the second. The only batsman to reach double figures was Macltfow, with 12 and 11. Bowling for Kaihere, Nolan took 5 wickets for 8 runs and Woodbridge
5 for 14 runs in the first innings., while in the. second innings Dare took four wickets for one run, McDonald 2 for 7, and Nolan 4 for 12.
The Turua bowling analysis showed Macklo.w' with 4 wickets for 14 runs, Lindsay 4 for 21, M. Madgwick 1 for 9, and Johnstone 1 for 16.
