GAIETY THEATRE PICTURES. TO-NIGHT. SIBERIA. Rejected by her father, deserted by hen- friends, betrayed by her enemies, 'and finally “railroaded” to Siberia — that unspeakable habitat of horror and desolation. That was the fate of Sonia Vronsky, beautiful daughter of a Russian overlord who held, with his fellows, that freedom of thought was ;a crime, and that those who differed with the “upper classes” \vere doomed. Alma Rubens, called upon to play the part o'f Sonia in “Siberia,” which is to be screened to-night, has never essayed a more difficult role, nor acquitted herself more, creditably. SATURDAY NIGHT. THE SET UP. “The Set Up,” starring Art Acord, Which will be screened to-morrow night, was taken from the story by •L. V. Jefferson, “Horse Sense,” and features the; uncanny cleverness; of ’Acord’s horse and dog. The plot commences with Acord in the role o'f a deputy sheriff, with his sweetheart's father drawing £4o,oo'o' from the, bank and with the crooked banker’s plan to get .the' money.- ’ LITTLE OLD NEW YORK. A hundred years ago men were just as keen as they are to-day over encounters in the boxing ring. Evidence, ■is given of this in “Little Old New York,” which will also be screened to-morrow night. Big Louis Wolheim and Harry Watoh, both well known to stage, and sjcreen, are the participants in the contest.
