NOTICE is hereby given that the above Board has caused to be classified ail the lands within the Awaiti Subdivision and the Awaiti Special Rating Area, of the Board’s District, in terms of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and amendments thereof, and the Classification Lists of the said Awaiti Subdivision and the Awaiti Special Rating Area, as compiled by Mr W. R. Johnson, Land Drainage Engineer, of Waihovi, are now open for inspection of ratepayers at the Office of the Board, Waihou, and the residence of M. A. Carter, Esq., Awaiti, Netherton, during ordinary office hours . Any objections to the aforesaid Lists must be handed to the Clerk, S.M. Court, Paeroa, within seven days next after the expiration of 21 days now appointed for the inspection of the said lists, and seven clear days’ notice of such appeal shall be given to the Board before the day set apart for hearing the appeal.
