ENTERTAINMENTS.

GAIETY THEATBE PICTURES. TO-NIGHT. THE JOHNSTOWN FLOOD. The greatest disaster o£ modern times is depicted in “The Johnstown Flood,” which is to be screened tonight. Nothing like it has ever been done on screen before. In the first place, the story has been given the best cast that has yet appeared in a melddramatic production. George O’Brien has the important role; of a. young engineer who ti’ied to avert the catastrophe by warning the citizens that the dam above Johnstown was weak. His sweetheart —the daughter of the man who owned the dam—is played by charming Florence Gilbert, while the obdurate father’s part has been filled by Anders Randolf, as sinister a villain as you will find on any screen.
