THE FARMERS’ AUCTIONEERING COMPANY, LTD., have been instructed to sell by Public Auction, at their Saleyards, at Hikutaia, on the above date, the following Property:— ALL THAT PIECE OF LAND, situated at Netherton, in the Hauraki Plains County, containing 128 acres 1 rood 38 perches, more or less, being Lots 98 aud 100, on a Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office, at Auckland, under No. 8123, which piece of land is portion of the Blocks situated in the Waihou Survey District called Tihikauere, Omania, and Kahikaputa, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 243, Folio 179, Auckland Registry. Subject as to part of the said land, known as Omania, to the restrictions imposed by Part XIII. of “The Land Act, 1908,” and subject also to Memorandum of Mortgage Number 68330, securing the sum of £1670 6s 9d. The above Property is situated on the Netherton-Turua Road, about 8 miles from Paeroa. It is drained and subdivided into 9 paddocks. There are 50 acres in grass, 10 acres under cultivation, and the balance is rough feed. The buildings consist of House of five rooms, with washhouse detached, and milking shed.
