Subject as to part of the said land, known as Omania, to the restrictions imposed by Part XIII. of “The Land Act, 1908,” and subject also to Memorandum of Mortgage Number 68330, securing the sum of £1670 6s 9d. The above Property is situated on the Netherton-Turua Road, about 8 miles from Paeroa. It is drained and subdivided into 9 paddocks.
