PURSUANT to the provisions of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and Amendments thereto, and the /Rating Act, 1908, and amendments thereto, Notice is hereby given that the Hauraki Drainage Board will at its meeting to be held on Friday, the 29th day of October, 1926, at 11 a.m., make and'levy the following several rates for the period of one year, commencing on the Ist day of April, 1926, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1927, namely :— Upon all lands classified as “A ” in the Classification List made by the Board of therateable property within its district, a Rate of 16-Bths of a Id in the £ in the Northern, Turua, and Central Subdivisions, a Rate of 14-Bths of a Id in the £ in the Te Kauri Subdivision, and a Rate of 12-Bths of a Id in the £ in the Monganui Subdivision. Upon all lands classified as “B ’ in the said Classification List a Rate of 14-Bths of a Id in the £ in the Northern, Turua, and Central Subdivisions, a Rate of 12-Bths of a Idin the £ in the Te Kauri Subdivision, and a Rate of 10-Bths of a Id in the £ in the Monganui Subdivision. Upon all lands classified as “C” in the said Classification List a Rate of 12-Bths of a Id in the £ in the Northern, Turua, and Central subdivisions, a Rate of 10-Bths of a Id in the £ in the Te Kauri Subdivision, and a Rate of 8-Bths of a Id in the £ in the Monganui Subdivision.
