The following names bf Paeroa. students appear in the list of successful candidates in the teachers’ examinations held at Thames in August: — Passed for Class D. —Marjory Hutchins, Jean Chatwin Mclntyre. Partial Pass in Class D.—Gwladys Mary Gwilliam, Jack Conolly.
Pass or Partial Pass in 3 groups in Class D.—Lena Frances Williams. Passed in Group 1 of Class D. —Isabel Mary Dare.
Of these, Misses Hutchins, Gwilliam, Williams, .and Dare are pupils of the local District High School, a.nd to h.ave obtained such good results so early in then; careers reflects; credit and ability on them and on the staff of the local high school.
