GAIETY THEATRE PICTURES. TO-NIGHT. THE BEAUTIFUL CHEAT. While a great motion producer -s looking for an unknoXvn to match against his rival’s famous foreign actress he discovers Mary Callahan, a. little New York shop girl, and assigns his press agent to take her abroad, publicise her, and bring her back as a famous Russian actress. Mary Callahan becomes Mariza Chernoviska and steps into the limelight as a result of carefully prepared stories. Laura La Plant plays the principal role in “The Beautiful Cheat,” which is to be shown to-night. A WESTERN ADVENTURER. Stunts, action, .thrills, and romance. “A Western Adventurer,” with Wiliam Fairbanks, also to be screeped tonight, shows what a daredevil cast may accomplish. At least a dozen times each member was in danger of losing their lives. The result is a picture that you will lone remember.
